Working with Colette was an absolute delight. Let me start by saying I was booking a “spontaneous” trip to Ireland, and had less than 2 weeks to plan everything. Colette accepted the challenge and booked everything for me in a matter of days. Everywhere she recommended was fantastic. She was very personable, listened to everything I was looking for (such as being able to use public transportation) and put everything in a detailed itinerary for me. This was my first time traveling on my own, so I was a little nervous about getting from place to place. Colette designed our trip to the U.K. perfectly. I let her know that it was our first trip to England and that I was a big Beatles fan, so she arranged our trip accordingly. We got to see the big sites like Stonehenge, Bath, Windsor Castle, the London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral AND all the famous Beatles and rock history sites– Abbey Road crossing, homes and sites of famous rock stars. The best part for me as a Beatles fan was the private tour of all the Beatles sites in Liverpool. And, don't believe what they tell you in London about Liverpool - It's fantastic! I can't imagine a better, more organized excursion, and Colette was there whenever we had a question or needed advice. Look no further if you're looking for a travel professional!

Our lives have been a little hectic lately, and Colette made the process of planning our London/Barcelona trip so easy. She was very responsive and never made us feel bad for being indecisive or changing things up. With her in the West Coast time zone, we were able to make decisions in the evening, and she had already sent confirmations and/or questions by the morning. We even had a little mishap with the hotel management and she stepped in on our behalf to take care of it ensure we were totally happy with our experience. While we learned that cruise ships and airplanes are not our Forte, we will definitely use Colette again for future trips that don't include the high seas.

Colette was AMAZING!!!!!!! I can't say enough good things about how much she did for us when planning our family trip! We told her what we wanted (which was a lot with 4 adults and 2 kids and everyone having different things they "couldn't live without") and she found us exactly what we wanted! She booked activities for us and kept in constant contact with us right up until we got on the plane. She even emailed during our trip when a hurricane was slated to hit the island we were on to see if there was anything she could do for us. Colette was extremely helpful and supportive as my husband and I planned our first overseas (Wales and England) vacation. She was always quick to respond to the many questions I asked and tended to give me multiple planning options (ex. when explaining we wanted to see out-of-the-way Glastonbury, Colette presented several options including renting a car, signing up for a day tour, or planning a train-to-bus route). She offered advice based on her own experiences and always worked to find the best/most economical/most time efficient way for us to see and do what we wanted. Having just returned from our trip, I really have to rave about how *easy* she made everything for us - checking into the hotels was a breeze, as was our train trip from Wales to Britain and our transfer to the airport.
